Gym opening hours are as follows: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 2-9 pm,
Tuesday and Friday 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and 4-9 pm. Saturday 10.20 am - 1.00
pm. A qualified
instructor will be on site during the Wednesday and Thursday evening sessions.

Mother & Toddler Group: Meet every Wednesday
at 11.00 am in the Old School, Carrick. Everyone is welcome, parents, guardians,
childminders, babies and toddlers.
Aware Relative Group: A support group for relatives
of people who experience depression meets on the 1st Monday of every month
at 8.00 pm in the "Create a Link" Art Studio, beside the Profiles

pack. The sufferers group also meets every Tuesday at 8pm in the same venue.

a 24 hour helpline, a locally based Domestic Violence Clinic service and crisis
accommodation for women and children who are at risk or have suffered physical,

domestic violence counselling support. Awareness Training and Education Service
